Scholar Rock is seeking a director-level subject matter expert to build and lead a clinical operations team focused on advancing our immuno-oncology clinical programs while upholding our core values and staying true to our mission. The Sr. Director, Clinical Operations will play a key role in the operational planning, oversight, and delivery for one or more clinical programs.

Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional Palliative Care services for patients and families, driving clinical operations and taking ownership of the Palliative Care Program’s P&L. Collaborate with operational leaders to uncover new market opportunities and execute forward-thinking strategies to achieve organizational goals. Must be able to travel up to 25% as needed.

Lead and oversee clinical operations across Theoria Medical facilities, ensuring exceptional patient care and consistent service quality. Design and implement clinical protocols, align clinical operations with strategic goals, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage a team, oversee program integration, and enhance patient care models.

In this role, you will have opportunity to work with a team of Life Sciences industry and technology A-players, who, together, are bringing the next generation of document and data management applications and capabilities to the MedTech industry. Responsible for growing and sustaining the MedTech market for Vault applications across clinical data management and clinical operations.

Develop Chef/Practitioner operations to maximise health and performance for clients, source and approve suppliers, and oversee the global menu. You'll also assist in product development, ensure global compliance, and support account managers and the sales and marketing teams. Experience in global clinical operations and a passion for food as medicine are essential.
