Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop site leaders and set clear KPIs.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive enrollment and quality.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, nursing, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of clinical research or operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH-GCP.
