Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Role Overview:

• Manage clinical trial operations at site and country levels, leading cross-functional delivery and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee external service providers, CROs, and vendors to meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review monitoring visit reports, track protocol deviations, and ensure data integrity across trial systems.
• Serve as sponsor contact for vendors, manage contracts and budgets, and support site audits and recruitment.

Qualifications:

• BS degree with 6+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma or CRO, ideally in psychiatric research.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and vendor management skills with experience in virtual team management.
