Oversees and strategizes the data analytics needs of the organization, including analysis of population health metrics, network clinical, financial, utilization, and patient satisfaction in support of the optimization of Dignity Health MSO's performance relative to value-based contracts. Leads a team to provide and strategize results for hands on data science and analytics functions for Dignity Health MSO leadership. Collaborates with Dignity Health MSO leadership and provider network to achieve organizational goals.
This Business Analyst (BA) III will serve as the internal consultant for the Managed Care Operations team, providing analysis, reporting, and operational support across a variety of functions, including credentialing, contracting, claims, provider relations, quality/risk, care coordination, utilization management, and business development.
Oversee clinical inpatient UM staff, ensuring they effectively perform utilization management (UM) reviews for inpatient cases. This position is remote with a clear CA LVN license. The Clinical Quality Liaison educates and supports providers and practice sites in improving clinical quality measures and closing gaps in care. The Clinical Quality Liaison provides education and acts as a resource for HEDIS measures, appropriate medical record documentation and appropriate coding. Assists in resolving deficiencies impacting compliance to meet State and Federal standards for HEDIS.
