Oversees and strategizes the data analytics needs of the organization, including analysis of population health metrics, network clinical, financial, utilization, and patient satisfaction in support of the optimization of Dignity Health MSO's performance relative to value-based contracts. Leads a team to provide and strategize results for hands on data science and analytics functions for Dignity Health MSO leadership. Collaborates with Dignity Health MSO leadership and provider network to achieve organizational goals.

This Business Analyst (BA) III will serve as the internal consultant for the Managed Care Operations team, providing analysis, reporting, and operational support across a variety of functions, including credentialing, contracting, claims, provider relations, quality/risk, care coordination, utilization management, and business development.

Oversee clinical inpatient UM staff, ensuring they effectively perform utilization management (UM) reviews for inpatient cases. This role works closely with the Care Coordination and Care Management teams, which are distinct pillars, to ensure appropriate utilization reviews and that care is delivered efficiently. Ensure adherence to internal and external policies, regulations, and goals. This role is remote (with a clear and current CA RN license), but will be expected to work PST business hours and will require Admin on-call on weekends/holidays.

The IDX Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the integration of healthcare business systems, revenue cycle operations, managed care operations and ambulatory scheduling and patient access. This role combines the technical expertise in system configuration, database management, and business analysis with the operational knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management processes.

This role focuses on data management to support population health analytics and the effective operation of physician networks under Dignity Health MSO. The Data Management Specialist provides data management support services to Dignity Health’s CIN/ACO Networks, Performance Insight, Employer Relations, and Valued Based Operations. This position requires a highly motivated person with exceptional customer service, relationship management and interpersonal skills.

This position is remote with a clear CA LVN license. The Clinical Quality Liaison educates and supports providers and practice sites in improving clinical quality measures and closing gaps in care. The Clinical Quality Liaison provides education and acts as a resource for HEDIS measures, appropriate medical record documentation and appropriate coding. Assists in resolving deficiencies impacting compliance to meet State and Federal standards for HEDIS.
