Medical Assistant

Under limited supervision, answers, and screens high volume calls and schedules patient appointments. Registers patient’s demographics, telephone, and medication encounters. Will become remote with management approval after training is complete, but remote status can change at anytime with two-week notice.

Prior Authorization Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Clinical Call Center Manager, the Prior Authorization Coordinator will be responsible for medication and procedure Prior Authorization process including Prescription Refills. Responsibilities include interviewing patients, processing documentation, obtaining authorizations, and managing correspondence with insurance companies and physicians.
