Claims Specialist

This position is responsible for contacting potential clients, screening them to see if they meet the criteria, and gathering information for Social Security applications. The role involves ensuring representation paperwork is completed and returned. The position is remote and based out of American Fork, Utah, with scheduled hours from M-F 8am - 5pm MST. The role also requires maintaining high standards of accuracy, communicating effectively with clients and coworkers, and retaining basic Social Security knowledge. Additional tasks include returning voicemails, following up on packets, and attending training.
