About the Role:
- Serve as a vital member of our interdisciplinary care team supporting patients across brain health and mental health services.
- Assist with screening, safety assessments, and treatment coordination to ensure compassionate, timely care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient screening calls and support intake, insurance navigation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and communication across care teams.
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards and escalate safety risks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a mental health clinic, psychiatric setting, or medical office.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote clinical workflows; Spanish a plus.
Work Environment:
- Remote in any state with working hours in PST and on-site twice per year.
- Shift available: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday 8:30 AM–7:00 PM PT.
