Leadership & People Management:
- Partner with the medical group President to execute clinical vision and strategy.
- Directly manage a team of Clinical Leads, ensuring effective supervision and coaching.
- Hold the clinical workforce accountable to performance standards.
Clinical Excellence & Quality:
- Implement and monitor QA programs, clinical review processes, and evidence-based standards.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce clinical SOPs and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Direct Patient Care & Collaboration:
- Provide direct patient care to fill staffing gaps and ensure continuity.
- Participate in a 1-in-2 rotating on-call schedule.
- Collaborate across teams to support AI integration and scale clinical processes.
