Responsibilities:

  • Represent Included Health clinical services in client, consultant, and audit discussions, translating complex issues into executive-ready narratives.
  • Own the strategy for clinical client audit readiness, including planning, preparation, and remediation.
  • Lead the design of longitudinal QA models that assess quality across the member journey and identify systemic issues.

Qualifications:

  • Physician or Nurse Practitioner with current unrestricted U.S. license; board certification required for physicians.
  • 7+ years of clinical, healthcare quality, or clinical operations experience with progressive responsibility.
  • 3+ years leading client-facing quality work, external audits, or consultant engagement.
