Role Overview:

  • The Senior Manager, Clinical Quality & Documentation Integrity leads Grow's Clinical Quality branch, owning provider quality outcomes, documentation standards, and payor audit readiness across a network of 26,000+ providers.
  • You will manage Clinical Quality Associates and operate as a highly independent leader who drives results without requiring close direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations, managing performance, and building a team that surfaces problems and drives solutions independently.
  • Own provider quality and termination process, defining clinical quality, setting the clinical standard, and managing quality review and termination decisions.
  • Serve as clinical subject matter expert for cross-functional partners, ensuring clinical standards are represented in product, operations, and payor deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
  • 5–7 years of clinical quality experience and direct experience managing a clinical quality team.
  • Experience with payor audit response, documentation compliance, and translating clinical standards to non-clinical partners.
