What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain clinical policies and quality assurance systems
- Define hiring standards and oversee clinician onboarding and training
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision across the network
Qualifications:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology and active psychologist license in at least one U.S. state
- 7+ years of clinical experience including supervising licensed clinicians
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care
