About The Role:
- This role supports clinical quality monitoring and the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation Program for our NP and MD/DO network.
- You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams.
- You'll build robust clinical quality frameworks and optimize chart review workflows.
You Will:
- Support Professional Practice Evaluation programs to directly improve clinical outcomes.
- Conduct routine chart reviews, provide feedback, and create remediation plans.
- Collaborate with Operations to develop automated quality monitoring systems.
You Will Love This Role If:
- You are a licensed psychiatrist or PMHNP with 2+ years post-graduate experience in clinical practice and business.
- You have extensive experience with quality chart reviews and training others.
- You are curious about AI's role in clinical practice and quality improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay range $144,400 - $225,000, plus equity eligibility.
