What You'll Do:
- Provide real-time virtual inter-collaborative nursing assistance to on-site care teams.
- Anticipate and direct patient care through evaluation of health promotion and risk reduction.
- Function as a dynamic change leader for this transformational care model.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) or actively pursuing; 3+ years Med Surg RN experience.
- 3 years preceptor experience and 2 years nursing leadership role.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA; CAVRN certification within 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years Med Surg RN experience in acute care.
- Master's in Nursing (MSN).
