BSN Online Program Mentor

Role Overview:

• The BSN Program Mentor provides proactive, student-centered support to nursing students throughout the program.
• This role focuses on academic coaching, NCLEX readiness, and personalized reinforcement to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Chamberlain Care through proactive outreach and sustained mentoring.
• Develop individualized academic and NCLEX study plans based on student needs.
• Maintain virtual availability and coordinate lab experiences to support skill development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing and active RN license required.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and 2 years in academic support.
• Proficiency in Canvas LMS and strong communication skills.
