Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of faculty and staff.
Mentor faculty in academic excellence, professionalism, communication, collaboration, and service.
Assign faculty and academic team workloads effectively.

Curriculum Excellence & Delivery:

Ensure learning experiences align with the BSN curriculum and support curriculum updates.
Partner with national academic teams and committees to implement curriculum goals.
Facilitate faculty participation in national course advisory councils.

Student Success & Outcomes:

Develop and execute student success plans focused on retention, graduation rates, and NCLEX outcomes.
Monitor student performance data to inform improvements and interventions.
Champion student satisfaction and collaborate across teams for superior outcomes.

Operations & Compliance:

Collaborate with campus leadership and national partners on academic planning.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, serving as liaison with bodies.
Participate in academic budgeting and planning as needed.
