Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive outreach and sustained mentoring to students throughout the BSN program, delivering Chamberlain Care that promotes engagement, confidence, and academic success.
  • Promote student success through coaching, encouragement, and accountability that prepares students for professional practice and lifelong learning.
  • Create and implement customized, student-centered support approaches by assessing individual needs, learning styles, and academic challenges to deliver targeted guidance, encouragement, and resources that promote persistence and success.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing required; minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical practice setting required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or in a specialized tutoring/support role required.
  • 1+ year of experience in online teaching, tutoring, or coaching within a prelicensure nursing program preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range between $73,521.00 and $87,000, with actual pay adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience, training, and geographic location.
  • Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401k Retirement Program with 6% employer match, Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy, and 12 Paid Holidays.
