Student Success Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Connect with new students upon acceptance to ensure readiness and escalate outstanding matters.
• Provide proactive guidance on acclimating to graduate lifestyle and building supportive environments.
• Collaborate with university staff to coordinate student inquiries and support academic integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3 years of service-oriented or university experience.
• Strong commitment to education with effective counseling or coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:

• Position is remote with schedule Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. local time.
• Salary range $24.00 to $28.00 per hour; actual pay based on experience, location, and other factors.
