Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families regarding financial aid options, application processes, and eligibility requirements.
  • Evaluate and process financial aid applications in accordance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and outreach activities to educate students and families about financial aid opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in financial aid or professional customer service.
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations and policies preferred.
