Oversee clinical enrollment for members, guiding them through protocols and eligibility.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure a seamless member experience.
Utilize nursing judgment and data tools to drive behavior change.

Responsibilities:

Review member medical history, lab results, and medications following intake protocols.
Provide initial clinical review and escalate to providers as needed.
Maintain quality care through adherence to standard operating procedures and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Active compact RN license, BSN or MSN, with 4+ years nursing experience.
Skilled in motivational interviewing and comfortable with technology.
Ability to manage large caseloads in a fast-paced, remote environment.
