The Virtual Clinical Educator provides personalized, high-touch support to patients prescribed complex therapies, managing touch points from onboarding to graduation.
This role works collaboratively to enhance the patient start experience and support compliance and persistence initiatives.

Essential Functions:

Serves as the single point of contact, building trust and rapport through empathetic engagement.
Delivers disease education, product training, and side effect management while addressing patient barriers.
Acts as a clinical advocate, connecting patients to resources and providing ongoing health coaching.

Required Skills:

Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license and telephonic patient support experience required.
Strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
