Registered Nurse I, Oncology - Expert Medical Opinion

Responsibilities:

• Activate new member accounts, draft medical history, and identify consult goals.
• Coordinate with HIT to organize medical records and identify appropriate specialists.
• Schedule and monitor consults, troubleshoot issues, and ensure members achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

• RN with minimum three years’ experience.
• Strong communication, time management, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms with professionalism and customer service focus.
