Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage Nurse Team Leads, providing coaching, mentorship, and structured performance management strategies.
  • Enable Nurse Team Leads to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency through people management practices.
  • Set and monitor performance metrics across multiple teams, using data to identify trends and implement improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • At least 8 years of nursing experience, including 2 years as a nurse leader in remote oncology navigation or case management.
  • Certification as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM; prior startup experience preferred.
