What You’ll Do:
- Lead the daily operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs
- Monitor queue performance, alert resolution times, and staffing coverage
- Contribute directly to patient care as needed
What You Need:
- Active, unencumbered compact RN license required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse in triage
- Strong operational management experience with performance metrics
