Registered Nurse

About the Role:

• Provide day-to-day collaborative support to internal Medical and Psychiatric providers.
• Coordinate care across internal and external teams for smooth patient care.
• Perform solo visits and provide condition-specific education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and triage lab orders and results, informing patients of provider instructions.
• Manage the RN phone line to facilitate care coordination with external providers.
• Follow triage protocols and field questions from families and patients.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in at least one US state; compact license preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in clinic, homecare, ambulatory, hospital, or inpatient setting.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and work autonomously within clinical protocols.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base pay range $77,000 to $92,000 plus 15% performance bonus.
