Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-focused care and guidance on the phone or online, including accurately assessing needs and directing to appropriate care.
- Document all patient/member interactions via management software and monitor your own performance with dashboard metrics.
- Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance and communicate with clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience; 3 years preferred in high acuity areas.
- Must have a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in eligible states and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of an associate's degree in nursing; bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment:
- Full-time remote position with a schedule including at least two weekend days every two weeks.
- Training is 2-4 weeks in a virtual, interactive classroom setting with 100% attendance required.
- Home office must meet certification requirements for work-from-home positions.
