About the Role:
- The ECM Clinical Manager oversees clinical operations and staff to address clients' medical and behavioral health needs.
- This role involves remote work with up to 25% travel and collaboration with broader care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 10-15 ECM staff, ensuring high-quality enrollments and care management.
- Provide clinical oversight, including supervision of clinical staff and leading Interdisciplinary Care Team meetings.
- Drive team performance toward KPIs and implement process improvements with Directors.
Qualifications:
- Active unrestricted RN license with ability to obtain California licensure within 6 months.
- 2 years of people management experience and 2-3 years of care management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce a plus.
