What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise and lead clinical team members delivering services to a portfolio of customers.
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of clinical services including assessment, care management, and crisis intervention.
- Monitor team caseloads and key performance metrics, implementing workflows that drive performance.

- Customer and member satisfaction.
- Operational efficiency measured by productivity and utilization.
- Team retention rates and employee engagement.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of leadership experience and an active independent clinical license.
- 10+ years in behavioral health including EAP and management of geographically dispersed teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and a track record of building high-performing teams.
