Serve as a clinical advocate for organizational leadership by supporting ownership priorities and translating strategic goals into effective day-to-day clinical operations.
Provide overall clinical leadership including quality improvement, staffing support, and compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements.
Lead, mentor, and support clinical therapists through supervision, performance feedback, and professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage/Family Therapy.
Active New York State licensure required; additional state licensure preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
