Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists and document sessions.
- Assist with performance management and ongoing review of high-risk cases.
- Engage in monthly Utilization Review process and respond to clinical crises.
Qualifications:
- NYS independently licensed mental health provider (PhD, LCSW, LCSW-R).
- Leadership experience in a mental health clinic setting.
- Knowledge of NYS OMH regulations and HIPAA.
Working Conditions:
- Located in Manhattan, Bronx, Rochester, or remotely.
- Professional environment with computer and desk.
- Requires extended periods of standing and sitting, and ability to carry up to 25 pounds.
