About the Role:
- The ECM Clinical Manager provides remote clinical oversight and management of ECM staff.
- They ensure high-quality enrollments, care plans, and team performance.
- Travel up to 20-25% may be required for training and meetings.
Your Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted LCSW or LMFT license in California required.
- 2 years of people management experience required; 4 years preferred.
- 2-3 years of care management experience and 1-2 years of post-acute experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually (California: $100,000 - $125,000).
