Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists.
- Conduct individual consultation sessions and group case consultations.
- Review clinical documentation and ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
- Licensed mental health professional with 10+ years post-license experience.
- 6+ years in pediatric mental health and supervision experience.
- Active unrestricted license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
Position Details:
- Full-time, remote position in Pacific time zone.
- Salary range $100,000 - $125,000 with equity.
- Must be based in US and have work authorization.
