Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical outreach to families, screen and assess prospective members for VIOP eligibility, and guide families through admissions.
  • Coordinate care schedules including group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, and psychiatric services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EHR, engage in staffing meetings, and act as liaison between families, treatment team, and external providers.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent.
  • Experience with intensive outpatient programs and pediatric populations.
  • Proficiency with video tools and computer literacy.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range $70,000 annually.
