The Role:
- Seeking Therapy Associates (provisionally licensed clinicians) to develop expertise in clinical-decision making.
- Training includes a two-week structured program and ongoing learning and supervision.
- This is a W-2 Fee-for-Service position offering $55 per unit of time worked.
Who you are:
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling and provisionally licensed in New York.
- 6+ months’ experience providing psychotherapy under supervision preferred.
- Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 and crisis response.
What you'll do:
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy services with focus on clinical decision making.
- Participate in supervision and document with rigor.
- Create flexible schedule and maintain caseload of at least 50 sessions per month.
