About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day operations of a clinic supporting mental health leave and evaluations.
- Oversee a team of 6+ and collaborate with clinical specialists and senior leaders.
- Use technology to improve efficiency of clinical support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as operations point of contact and liaison for the clinical team.
- Implement SOPs, quality metrics, and handle escalated cases.
- Analyze data, forecast headcount, and facilitate weekly meetings for professional development.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years operations experience in a clinical setting, ideally high growth.
- Clinical training preferred but not required.
- Strong project management and self-starter skills with passion for mental health.
