Operations Manager, Mental Health Evaluations

About the Role:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a clinic supporting mental health leave and evaluations.
• Oversee a team of 6+ and collaborate with clinical specialists and senior leaders.
• Use technology to improve efficiency of clinical support processes.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as operations point of contact and liaison for the clinical team.
• Implement SOPs, quality metrics, and handle escalated cases.
• Analyze data, forecast headcount, and facilitate weekly meetings for professional development.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years operations experience in a clinical setting, ideally high growth.
• Clinical training preferred but not required.
• Strong project management and self-starter skills with passion for mental health.
