Role overview:
- You'll be the operational backbone of Stella (our specialist online menopause clinic) and Vira Member Zone.
- The work is varied and fast-paced: shaping schedules, troubleshooting member issues, compiling utilisation data, and supporting US clinician credentialing.
What you'll do:
- Own clinician scheduling, appointment triage, and operational workflows.
- Triage and respond across Intercom, Slack, email, and the Vira Member Zone inbox.
- Assist with clinical governance, compliance, utilisation tracking, US credentialing, and chart audits.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in clinical operations, virtual care, or healthcare member support.
- Working knowledge of US healthcare system essential.
- Strong attention to detail, full ownership in a remote async environment, and excellent communication skills.
