- Conduct virtual clinical education-only calls with members.
- Lead group webinars and workshops.
- Respond to general health questions via asynchronous messaging.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & CLINICAL QUALITY:
- Create Member Zone educational content including articles, care plans and videos.
- Review existing content for clinical accuracy and new evidence.
- Develop educational materials that are culturally sensitive.
QUALITY & COLLABORATION:
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to development of clinical pathways and member education protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
