Key Duties:
- Manages internal audits, policy governance, and external audit responses (TPE, CERT, UPIC).
- Leads investigations and corrective action plans across all operating markets.
Requirements:
- Active RN license and hospice/home health clinical background required.
- 5+ years healthcare compliance experience including 2+ years in leadership.
