Director of Revenue Cycle Compliance

Revenue Cycle Program:

• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in developing and monitoring the Compliance Work Plan, including auditing and monitoring activities.
• Manage intake, tracking, review, and response to governmental revenue cycle investigations.
• Serve as the compliance resource for revenue cycle and operational leaders across the health system.

Leadership & Management:

• Plan, organize, and monitor departmental processes to achieve organizational goals.
• Motivate, mentor, and coach staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Present data, strategies, and progress toward goals in governance and management forums.
