Leadership & Project Coordination:
- Provide leadership and mentoring to staff, ensuring effective operations and quality improvement.
- Lead day-to-day operational aspects of EHR projects, including resource identification and schedule management.
- Build and maintain a strong Revenue Cycle Informatics team through recruiting, training, and coaching.
Customer Service, Education, & Support:
- Support end users and IT in resolving EHR or computer issues, including service ticket submission and tracking.
- Identify, track, and seek approval for enhancement requests, assisting in prioritization and implementation.
- Provide educational updates to end users through various communication channels and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in Epic preferred; must achieve Epic credentialed trainer status within 4-6 months.
- Valid driver's license when driving for work-related reasons.
