Job Summary:
- Provide support for Epic SER (Security for Clinician and Provider Maintenance) and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with IT teams, leadership, and end users to ensure cohesive product offerings.
- Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and test Epic and third-party applications for implementation and optimization.
- Perform comprehensive testing and document progress, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Assess and document workflows by interviewing and shadowing users, then recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's highly recommended).
- Minimum two years recent experience in IT, healthcare, EHR development, or implementation.
- Certification in assigned Epic application required within six months of hire.
