Job Summary:

  • Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in healthcare.
  • Serves as liaison between IT and operations to align system design with operational processes.
  • Includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as primary support contact for application end-users and identifying issues across teams.
  • Guiding workflow design, building and testing the system, and analyzing technical issues with Epic.
  • Maintaining regular communication with Epic representatives and participating in project team meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and four years related experience, or two years direct experience in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience with online information systems; healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with diverse users.
