About the Role:
- Keep imaging and surgical workflows running smoothly as the Radiant expert your customer relies on.
- Spend most of your day working tickets, diagnosing and resolving issues, and building and testing changes in Epic Radiant.
What You'll Do:
- Own the day-to-day functionality of the Radiant department, resolving tickets and keeping workflows running as intended.
- Diagnose reported issues by analyzing workflows and data, build and test changes, and support OpTime and Cardiology interface workqueues.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work with active Epic Radiant and OpTime certifications.
- Hands-on Radiant experience with operational and clinical workflow knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
