What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure the EMR system meets clinical workflow needs and supports efficient patient care.
- Lead system optimization, user training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance EMR functionality and performance.
- Provide comprehensive end-user support and develop training programs.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on system maintenance, upgrades, and compliance.
