Senior EMR Analyst - Epic Home Care

Build/Configuration/Release Management:

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain complex systems that improve clinical care and patient management.
• Support system testing, document outcomes, and drive process improvement efforts.
• Contribute to strategic planning and lead innovation in clinical systems training.

Leadership and Mentoring:

• Take ownership of tasks with urgency and drive to completion, independent work effort.
• Mentor team members, set strategy for clinical system training and education.
• Promote use of industry best practices and foster a positive team environment.

Project Management:

• Lead design, development, and implementation of new EMR requests, managing project plans.
• Manage multiple complex projects independently, determining scope and coordinating resources.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external parties for system integration.

Manage Customer Relationships:

• Develop collaborative professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure outstanding end-user support and adherence to change management policies.
• Model outstanding customer service behavior (CARES: Courteous, Attentive, Respectful, Enthusiastic, Safe).
