Role Overview:
- This position focuses on optimizing electronic health records (EHR) to help partner practices achieve better outcomes and efficiency.
- The EHR Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and practice stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EHR optimization assessments and implement solutions for ACO initiatives.
- Develop educational materials and user groups to spread best practices across practices.
- Ensure data capture and integration for population health analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; 4-6 years client-facing healthcare project leadership experience.
- Expertise in ambulatory EHRs like Epic, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
