Primary Duties:
- Direct Practice Support: Implement products and execute ACO initiatives as directed.
- ACO Training and Development: Assist in training staff and providers.
- Customer Success: Listen to practice concerns and relay information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in medical practice management.
- 3 years of experience with EHR for clinical/practice management.
Preferred KSAs:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis.
