Accountable for driving market-wide quality and savings targets.
Analyze market-level performance gaps and variances to understand root causes.
Align market activities with internal teams to ensure practice transformation goals are met.

Team Management & PTS Guidance:

Lead a team of Practice Transformation Specialists (PTS) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide guidance on structured intervention attempts for practices while managing day-to-day field requests.
Support Aledade’s People Management strategy for the Explorer team.

Program Development & Strategic Input:

Provide frontline feedback to help build and refine the service delivery model.
Mitigate risks and prioritize initiatives that support the evolution of the virtual service model.
