Role Overview:
- Direct and oversee Enhanced Care Management program operations.
- Supervise Clinical Managers, Clinical Consultants, and support staff.
- Ensure contract goals, regulatory compliance, and billing requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic messaging and standard operating procedures.
- Manage P&L and report business results in monthly reviews.
- Foster cross-functional cooperation with business development and clinical operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of care management experience, with ECM experience preferred.
