Primary Duties:

  • Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for internal Performance leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new performance and total cost of care data-insights domains to inform standardized reporting.

Program Planning and Support:

  • Curate performance data insights and related resource material for internal meetings.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables from live and asynchronous engagements.
  • Serve as the point of contact for key stakeholders regarding program information and reporting needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
