Primary Duties:
- Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for internal Performance leaders.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new performance and total cost of care data-insights domains to inform standardized reporting.
Program Planning and Support:
- Curate performance data insights and related resource material for internal meetings.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables from live and asynchronous engagements.
- Serve as the point of contact for key stakeholders regarding program information and reporting needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
