Director, Hospital & Health System, Center of Excellence

Primary Duties:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate across Aledade field teams.
• Operationalize Collaborative Learning Networks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of healthcare work experience.
• 5+ years experience working with or in a hospital and/or health system functioning as a leader.
• Demonstrated ability with population health analytics.
